Shipping Policy
Delivery Times:
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours, and delivery is expected within 3-5 business days after processing. Please note, delivery times may vary due to the shipping location and product availability.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer shipping internationally. We only ship domestically within Australia.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the following conditions apply:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exceptions:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimsuits unless the item is faulty or not as described. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Faulty Items:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using our returns process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for your exchange.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, except in the case of cash payments, which will be refunded as store credit.
